Information for Traders (Event Partners)
Event Assist Inc. manages two major Events Tourism Icons each year at Peel region these are the“All Australian Car Day” and the “British Auto Classic”.
Each of these events attract on average 12,000 plus visitors who inject hundreds of thousands of dollars into the regional economy.
These “Icon” events are, as one would expect, very popular with Traders many of whom have been with us for all of the forteen events held so far.
From time to time sites become available as the Market areas are expanded to meet demand and we are always on the lookout for ‘something different’ to add to the mix.
Most of the catering side of things is well established but again we will always look at bringingnew variety to the smorgasbord.
Likewise the Wine & Gourmet Produce Expo section which is held inside booked up well in advance but sometimes vacancies do occur.
If you have a new or unusual product, some different food choice, Wines or Gourmet Produce, please contact us and we will put your details on our database which is used not only by us but by any number of other event managers who use the range of Event Assist services.
Because the events we run in the region seen as very important to the economic sustainability of the Region, they are well supported by both the WA Government and the Private sector.
Also as the Event Assist Project is run entirely by volunteers for volunteers with no paid staff, our costs are kept to a minimum and the site fees we charge reflect this.
All Traders receive a goodie bag and certificate of appreciation for each event.
Both our events are FREE public entry so the visitors have more money to spend with the Traders.
