CLASSIC CAR EVENTS DISPLAY VEHICLE TRAFFIC PLAN AND INFORMATION In order to minimise risk and ensure a fast and smooth set up,please follow the route indicated by the RED arrows. From South Western Highway via Old Greenlands Road & After 100m turn left into GATE C Display vehicles are to arrive between 7:30 am and 9:45 am. On entering Gate C Follow the Red Arrows through the stable area to the parade ring and collect your Goody Bag and make your Gold Coin Donation To local children’s groups (optional). Then continue on to track entrance and follow Marshals directions to your Display Area. Please take extreme care when driving on the track to avoid damage to the surface. PLEASE NOTE: Due to Public Liability Insurance condition, There are to be NO vehicle movements between 10am and 4pm unless accompanied by a Marshal. Non compliance resulting in injury or damage, will see the liability passed on to you.
